The registration fee for the conference includes registration materials, conference proceedings, lunches, dinners, refreshments, the special conference dinner on the 12th March, 2011 free entry to the traditional cultural programmes of Kerala and an exciting sight seeing boat trip to the Backwaters of Kerala.

  
All the Non-Indian Delegates including students must send two forms (1) Information for Indian External Affairs Ministry (2) The Registration form.

Please note that if you have an intention to attend the conference (even if you are not sure about the final decision or cancel your trip later), please fill-up the first form (i.e., the information for Indian External Affairs Ministry) and send it by e-mail (or by fax, or by post) to the Convener, at the very earliest.
